Customer Service Associate

As one of the GTAs largest private appliance retailers our client is growing in leaps and bounds. They are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their expanding team.  Working closely with the Director of Operations this role will be responsible for order process management and act as an interface for customer relations.

Position Overview

  • Customer Service – respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding order and delivery, mediate and alleviate escalations by providing detailed explanations in a professional manner, assure customers that actions will be taken to improve customer satisfaction
  • Order process management – Oversee and keep track of order process from order placement to delivery, manage all documentation associated with purchase order

Role Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in an operations role with a customer service background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy


  • Salary $35,000 – $40,000
