The 100 Hour Check-Up

Every Small / Medium Sized Business Has Challenges

Have you ever had the feeling that your business wasn’t running as efficiently as you’d like? Your sales are not as impressive as they should be, cash flow is tight, morale is down, nobody’s monitoring the finances, and operations could be improved?

Well you’re not alone, the above statement describes many SMBs. But, you didn’t get into business to deal with all these problems, you got into business to do what you are good at, to meet the needs of your market and customers with your product/service offering. We got into business to enable you to do just that.

The Consulting Service Struggle

Many times the only way to get these business issues resolved other than doing them yourself is to go through a consultant. But business owners are wary of consulting fees with no set parameters and vague deliverables. While you would like to get your business issues fixed, you don’t want to break the bank doing it. This is why we developed The 100 Hour Check-Up.

A New Approach to an Old Problem:
Get Your OFIS in Order with The 100 Hour Check-Up

The 100 Hour Check-Up was specifically designed for business owners that want to make rapid changes to improve the status quo. It is a complete business assessment in only 100 hours. With a focus on Operations, Finance, Infrastructure, and Sales (your OFIS), the Check-Up is conducted in minimal time with limited intrusion into your day-to-day operation.

The Check-Up takes place on-site during which all primary business and support functions are reviewed and interviews with key personnel are conducted. Any “low hanging fruit” i.e. issues that can be easily resolved, are immediately highlighted for resolution, while larger more complex issues receive the attention they require. The end deliverable is an evaluative report examining key business issues, providing recommendations and laying out next steps for implementation and execution.  Many times, recommendations can be easily implemented with minimal assistance.

“After having the 100 Hour Check-Up done on my business all I could think about was why didn’t I have this information years ago. Now our company is making the necessary changes and seeing bottom line improvements.”

Over the course of the check-up, the following core areas will be reviewed.
