Project Coordinator – Contract P/T

Our client, an established product research firm, is in need of a part-time contract Project Coordinator to develop questionnaires for consumer product/sensory projects. The role will require the candidate to commit to 8 hours a day, 3 days a week (Sept 15, 2014 – Nov 30 2015), with the opportunity for full-time hours based on volume/seasonality.

Responsibilities:
▪ Develop questionnaires based on project-specific parameters provided by the Project Manager.
▪ Edit images and update questionnaires based on revisions provided by the Project Manager.
▪ Accurately and efficiently complete programming of questionnaires into the in-house system.
▪ Ensure the timely completion of questionnaires, supplementary project documents and programming.

Qualifications:
▪ Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
▪ Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point (MS Office)
▪ Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
▪ Able to work in a team-based environment
▪ Good written and oral communication
▪ College degree

Compensation:
▪ Wage: $15/hr
