Customer Service Representative – Repairs & Technical Support

Our Toronto based client, an industry leader in sewing, garment care and steam cleaning appliances, is in need of a Customer Service Representative to serve as the liaison between customers and the Repairs Department. This role will enable you to leverage your technical background while interacting with customers and assisting them through the repairs process.

• Technical background a must (mechanical/electrical training)
• Customer service experience an asset
• Experience with home appliance repair an asset
• Proficient computer and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills

• Salary 30 – 35k commensurate with experience
